I expect by now you have received your KIBOs.  Whether or not you have, you can begin by "programming" your students.  Use large images of the KIBO command block and teach the children what they mean.  Let them act out programs that you build with the large images printed on cards or projected on a screen.  You will probably want duplicates of frequently used cards.  The Hoky Pokey is an easy program for all ages to act out.
